日本青年会議所　鉄鋼機械工業部会の皆様がお越しになりました。総勢４０名の過去最高人数をお迎え。工場見学と会社説明と２班に。工場見学では更に２班に分かれて各１０名ずつでご案内しました。会社紹介だけでなく、独自の取り組みなどいろいろとお話ししました。これまで大きな企業さんを見学に行くことが多かったですが、同規模の会社の話を聞けて学びになったと言ってもらえました。中小製造業が横のつながりをもって、しなやかに生き抜くことができれば日本経済を盛り上げることができると思っています。

We had the pleasure of welcoming members of the Steel & Machinery Industry Committee from the Junior Chamber International Japan.

A total of 40 visitors joined us—the largest group we’ve ever hosted.

They were divided into two groups for the factory tour and company introduction, and further split into smaller groups of about 10 people each for the tour.

In addition to introducing our company, we shared various unique initiatives we are working on.

Many participants mentioned that while they usually visit large corporations, it was valuable to hear insights from a company of a similar size.

We believe that if small and medium-sized manufacturers build strong connections and adapt flexibly, we can help energize Japan’s economy.
