ここ数年で、健康経営に向けた取り組みを様々行っているので、これを機に愛鉄連さんから支援してもらい健康経営優良法人認定の申請を進めています。

最近、「健康経営」という言葉を耳にする機会が多くなってきました。これは、企業が従業員の健康管理を経営的視点から捉え、戦略的に実践することにより生産性の向上や企業のイメージアップを狙うものです。この健康経営を実践することにより、将来的に労働力人口の減少が不安視される中、現在の労働力を最大限に活かすことや企業の活性化に寄与することが期待されています。

そこで、愛鉄連健康保健組合では、加入事業所の「健康経営」を支援するため、平成28年12月から『健康宣言』の募集を開始いたしました。自分事として自ら『健康宣言』を行い、従業員の健康づくりに会社を挙げて積極的に取り組んでみませんか？できるところから少しずつでも取り組み、“元気な会社”を目指しましょう。当組合も本気で支援いたします！

Over the past few years, we’ve been actively working toward health-focused management, and with this opportunity, we’re now proceeding with an application to become officially certified as an Excellent Health and Productivity Management Corporation, with support from Aitetsuren.

Recently, the term “health management” has been gaining more attention. This concept involves companies viewing employee health from a management perspective and implementing strategic actions to improve productivity and enhance corporate image.

By practicing health management, companies are expected to make the most of their current workforce and boost their overall vitality—especially in the face of concerns about a future decline in the working population.

To support health management among member companies, the Aitetsuren Health Insurance Society launched a “Health Declaration” initiative in December 2016.

Why not take this opportunity to make your own “Health Declaration” and actively engage in company-wide efforts to support employee wellness? Even small steps can make a difference as we aim to become a vibrant and healthy company.
