今年も、毎年恒例のお祭りがやってきました。通称、「架台（かだい）祭り」です。現場に、架台が溢れかえって、工場の中が賑やかです。おかげで、ラジオ体操する場所がありません。これも嬉しい悲鳴です。頑張って、今日も架台をせっせと作り続けます。溶接で手が腱鞘炎になろうとも、サンダーの振動で手が痺れても頑張ります！

The annual festival has arrived once again—our so-called “Kadai Festival.” The factory is bustling, overflowing with frames (kadai) ready for delivery to various job sites. There’s so much going on, we don’t even have space left for our daily radio exercises! But that’s a good kind of problem. We’ll keep working hard, diligently welding and assembling frames today too. Even if our hands get tendinitis from all the welding, or go numb from the vibrations of the grinder, we’ll keep going!
