架台を製作しました。溶融亜鉛めっき処理をしたので、ナットのネジ山が詰まってしまいます。マウンテックでは、丁寧にメッキ処理後のタップさらえなど後処理もしっかりと行っています。その他、穴が目詰まりした箇所は再度穴加工をしたり、溜まりができたりしたところはサンダーで除去し、ローバル補修なども行っています

After hot-dip galvanizing, the threads of the nuts can become clogged.

At Mount Tech, we carefully carry out post-treatment processes such as re-tapping the threads after galvanizing.

We also re-drill any clogged holes, remove excess buildup with a grinder, and apply zinc-rich coating (ROVAL) for proper touch-up.
