エキスパンドメタルを使用したカバーを作成しました。エキスパンドメタルは、鉄板へ千鳥にスリットを入れたものを両端から引っ張って作られたものです。網に当たるところが、もともと繋がっているため強度が高いです。板の厚みもいろいろとあるので歩廊の足場に利用されたりもします

We’ve created a cover using expanded metal.

Expanded metal is made by cutting a steel sheet with offset slits in a diamond pattern, then stretching it from both ends.

Since the mesh sections remain connected as part of a single piece of metal, it offers excellent strength.

It also comes in various thicknesses, making it suitable for applications like walkway grating.
