今週も、山田有由未トレーナーによる腰痛予防体操から1週間が始まりました。だんだん腰痛で休む社員もいなくなりつつあります。やっぱり効果があるんですね。身体の柔軟性も出てきたようです。みんなちゃんと体操しましょうね。最近のトレンドは四股(しこ)のようです。
This week also started with lower back pain prevention exercises led by our trainer, Ms. Ayumi Yamada. Fewer and fewer employees are taking days off due to back pain—it really seems to be working!
