今年も高校生の新卒採用を進めています。ありがたいことに、まずは1名工場見学に来ていただきました。私からの会社説明に始まり、入社２年目のSくんによる工場見学、最後は現若手社員との座談会を行いました。帰り際に、ちらっと感想を聞いたところ、「会社の雰囲気がとてもわかりやすかったです」とのこと、次は、面接に来てくれることを心からお待ちしてますよ！中途の方もお待ちしています。

We’re once again actively hiring new high school graduates this year. Fortunately, we’ve already had one student come for a factory tour. The visit started with a company introduction from me, followed by a tour of the factory led by S-kun, now in his second year with us, and wrapped up with a casual roundtable talk with some of our younger employees. As the student was leaving, I asked for a quick impression, and they said, “The atmosphere of the company was very easy to understand.” We’re really looking forward to seeing them again—hopefully at the interview!
