日刊工業新聞の次世代わくわくリーダー塾の皆様に、会社見学に来ていただきました。工場内で、機械や作業工程の説明をしました。その後、食堂にて会社説明をしました。今回も、工場案内は、昨年春に地元高校を卒業した若手2年目のS君に担当してもらいました。今回から、ポータブルスピーカーというアイテムを増やしたので、工場内でもS君の説明が聞き取りやすかったです。上手に説明できていましたよ。

We had the pleasure of welcoming members of the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun’s “Next-Generation Exciting Leaders Program” for a company tour. Inside the factory, we explained the machines and work processes. Afterwards, we held a company presentation in the cafeteria. Once again, the factory tour was led by S-kun, our young second-year employee who graduated from the local high school last spring. This time, we added a portable speaker, which made it much easier to hear S-kun’s explanations inside the factory.
