名古屋商工会議所　若鯱会11グループの皆さまがマウンテックの工場見学に来ていただきました。工場見学の説明担当は入社２年目若干２０歳のS君。何度も練習を重ね当日に挑みましたよ。途中様々な質問も受けながら受け応えしてくれてました。教育係のK主任は胸が熱くなっていたようです。

Members of Wakasshachi-Kai 11group visited our factory for a tour. The tour guide was S, a second-year employee who is just 20 years old. He practiced many times in preparation and gave it his all on the day of the visit. Despite being nervous, he handled various questions from the guests with confidence. His supervisor, Mr. K, who has been mentoring him, was visibly moved with pride.
